He previously served as Deputy General Manager of R&D and Quality Control at Hemispherix Biopharma, Inc., where he was responsible for guiding the development of the company’s key products — natural leukocyte interferon (Alferon®) and therapeutic RNA (Ampligen®). He possesses extensive experience in preclinical studies, human clinical trials, and navigating the U.S. FDA drug approval process.

With over 40 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he has held senior executive positions such as General Manager and Chairman at multiple pharmaceutical enterprises, including Genisis Life Science, United Biopharma (Yangzhou), Jiangsu Lianhuan Pharmaceutical, Yangzhou University Lianhuan Gene Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Datong Tongxing Antibiotics Co., Ltd. (Shanxi), and Jiangsu Jinmao Chemical Group. His expertise lies in pharmaceutical enterprise operations, drug project management, and facility operations management.
